nseven: Problems
Can't log on?
To log on, click the Log on button in the top right of this page. Your username is your nseven email address, and your password is the one you use in school.
If you have forgotten your username or password, ask your teacher.
I don't know my email address
Your email address is the username you use in school, with "@nseven.org.uk" at the end. So, if your school username is "54ObviouslyMadeUp", then your email address is "54ObviouslyMadeUp@nseven.org.uk".
I can log on but it doesn't work
Nseven requires a modern web browser, and not all of nseven will work properly on a tablet such as an iPad or on a mobile phone.
Make sure you are using the latest version of Edge, Chrome or Firefox as your web browser, and make sure you're not signed in to any other Microsoft, Outlook, Live or Xbox accounts as they might confuse your account.

I've been sent something, or seen something on nseven I am not happy about
If it was an email, please forward it to esafety@neatherd.org or tell your teacher. If it was something you've seen in Teams chat, or a file in OneDrive or elsewhere on nseven, then email esafety@neatherd.org to explain, or tell your teacher.
Reporting and Complaints
If you're not a Neatherd student, but have recieved an email from an nseven email address and wish to report it or complain about it, then please forward the email to esafety@neatherd.org.
